Comfortable stay overall

Beautifully located right next to the waterfront, overlooking the Dragon Bridge of Danang. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and comfortable. A short walk to the Han Market and many eateries. The pink church is very nearby as well. Services are excellent, both at the front counters and in the restaurant. Thanks to Giang and Rose for arranging our 2 delicious lunches in the restaurant. Their Bun Cha was delicious and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who are visiting Danang in the future.

Stayed 5 nights. A great place. Very close to my son Hoan and hue for day trips. It was right on the river and our view was of the bridges, including the dragon bridge. Which every Friday and Saturday gave us a smoke and fire show. Restaurants were great walking was very easy compared to most places in Vietnam. Staff was very good. Rose in the breakfast area was fantastic and we really enjoyed being there. For about $50 a night which included on a very good Vietnamese breakfast. It is a fantastic steel compared to high priced fancy real estate. If we ever go back to da nang, we will stay in the same place.

Good location, few minutes walk to market. The hotel is by the road, can be noisy with motorbikes horn even at late night. The breakfast has limited options for vegetarian.

Good value for money. Friendly staff, reception, cleaners, waiters and porters. Thankyou guys abd girls. Great views and location. Comfortble beds. Good variety at the breakfast buffet. Strong wifi. Did not dine here as we were out most of the time. We parked our rental bikes in basement free if charge.

I had a wonderful stay at Haian Riverfront Hotel in Da Nang. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants and massage spots, and within walking distance to local attractions. Whether you're into food or relaxation, it's an ideal base for exploring the city. What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. Ms. Vi was incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail made my experience even more enjoyable. With its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations, I would definitely choose Haian Riverfront Hotel again on my next visit to Da Nang. Highly recommended!

We booked for balcony room, however the hotel given us incorrect room, room without the balcony. Also it was very noisy at night, I could not sleeping at all. Overall the hotel staffes is very nice and lovely.

A very elegant hotel disguised by very rude impatient 2nd line staff. I got food poisoning and made quite a mess in my room. The cleaners were extremely uncaring or helpful. However, the male staff in the rooftop lounge was absolutely friendly, sincerely interested in establishing a very congenital relationship

It is a really nice hotel close to the river, easy to go the beach by grab, and the markets nearby, close to some clubs (did not go due to strange/ different clubbing experience here in Danang, too many table service where people just sit and watch rather than dancing). Many food options in the area. Everything is walkable distant.

I really enjoyed my stay there, the location is very good. My room came with Dragon Bridge view. Walking distance to the Pink church (Da Nang Cathedral) and Han Market. It has a lovely cafe at the first floor. The breakfast selection was good, it has international and local spread as well and they change their menu everyday. For my muslim friends, please take note they serve bacon & ham. At night, I would stroll along the Han River which is just across the road, it was very safe. The area is quite noisy because it’s near the busy road, if you are a light sleeper don’t worry they supply earplug in the room. You need to take the staircase if you go to the reception area but don’t worry there is elevator inside the Firgoun Cafe that will take you to the reception. My stay came with free 20 mins foot spa but I didn’t get to try it. There are many eateries, nails parlour and spa nearby that even open until 10-12pm, convenience store also nearby. The rooftop bar also nice. The swimming pool and the gym are the same floor as the bar and has very great view of the Dragon Bridge. All I can say, it’s worth my money to stay here. Will definitely come back

The hotel has a great staff, food (breakfast) and location. Where it falls short is the condition of the building, hot water takes 10 to 15 minutes to arrive at your bathroom so, it was semi cold showers, cracks on walls, doors of closet cannot be closed cause door is completely out of level, pool ceiling leaking into pool, it just keeps going on with things. Comparing to other hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam this one has to be the worst.
