Arrived to a deserted reception desk. After a brief walk around the overgrown gardens it was evident that there was no-one about. Finally found a groundskeeper who was surprised we had a booking. Apparently restaurant and pool bar have not been operational since covid. We high-tailed out of there quick smart. Thankfully we found great accommodation with vacancy near by. I can't believe they still advertise on the various hotel booking platforms.

Tangled big forest and beach resort
bungalo house is not comfortable in both layout and facility. Shower bath water, toilet water always leaking. No slipper provided for outdoor activity. Swimming pool water is not under maintenance so a lot of dust and particles in the pool. Swimming in the pool, particles bother my eyes several times. Food provided in the restaurant is worst I have ever had. They have to review all the maintenance and management.

Great location by the beautiful beach of Hoi An. Room is super clean, quiet and provides great hospitality. Resort staff and driver, Mr Bao is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. Other staffs were very nice. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret, just be there:)

We had a beach front vil and we could jsutvrelax and watch the waves roll in. The bar was just next to the pool and made great cocktails. The staff are really nice. See ya next time.

Vang was amazing. Staff so friendly. Food was a little pricey and not too great but we didnt really have much the lovely quite place was nice for a very quite time

Never again would I stay here
We stayed here recently and were appalled at the condition of all the facilities. There are cats and dogs roaming around as well as broken flooring all round the pool areas. There were also lots of chipped tiles in the pool which could easily have caused an accident. Food we ordered had hair in it and was far below standard. The only positive is the lovely staff who did try their hardest.

Old style charm and fab service!
There was lots we loved about this hotel. The staff, especially Annie, were incredible. They couldn’t do enough for you. The buildings had a lovely old style colonial feel, food was good, the pools uncrowded and large and the beech was stunning. The only negative was it did need some money spending on it to ensure it kept its ratings. Husband is already talking of returning!!

Good stay but room for improvement
We really enjoyed our stay at La Belhamy. Friendly staff and the food was generally good but there were a couple of issues preventing us from rating this five stars. The biggest issue was the falling coconuts. The hotel staff seemed to keep some of the trees well maintained and free from coconuts that could fall but then other trees were just left as is. We were having lunch one day and a coconut fell just a few meters from us. That's really dangerous - like a bowling ball dropping from a tree so we spent the rest of the vacation with our eyes on the coconuts just to be safe. Maintenence in general could be better. The light in our shower blew up on the last day and when the guy came to fix it the light fitting was full of water. But, with all that said, the location is amazing. The beach is clean and huge, feels like you have the entire beach to yourself. The hotel offers good value ito price for what you get.

Lovely hotel full of characterand friendly staff.
Really relaxing and with great friendly staff. Didn’t want to leave the pool or beautiful stretch of beach. A hotel full of character and charm. Areas are looking tired and needing some TLC. The operation isn’t as slick as the big 5* chains, but I’d prefer to stay here. Great breakfast and shuttle into town too.

Tired but great spot
The resort is right on the beach with a fantastic location. 15 minutes from Hoi An we rented motor bikes to get around but you could get around fairly easily with taxis. The resort is pretty tired looking, the beds were not the most comfortable but the staff put in a huge effort to make up for the resorts condition. We had breakfast included and that was great.

Lovely relaxing beachfront resort
Our family spent a great couple of weeks at Le Belhamy. The resort is set in lovely well cared for gardens right on a private beach. The lovely staff made the stay most enjoyable - especially Van, Binh, Dung and other Van. Hope I have spelt your names correctly ladies. They were most welcoming and we enjoyed our chats with them all in English.
