Excellent service from reception, kitchen, and security staff. Room was very clean. Not a great view but there is a balcony. I used the balcony to dry out my wet boots. Close to the Old Quarter and the new quarter. Lots of food around the area.

Excellent stay!
We had an amazing stay here! Room was very clean and modern. Vy and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and helped us arranged tours/taxis etc. Free bikes are available to use and breakfast is great.

I can’t fault this property and value for money was excellent. The young lady, Muoi on reception was outstanding, a definite 10 out of 10. On arrival she asked me what I wanted to do and see whilst I was there and then went about booking everything for me. I usually do all my own bookings but she nailed it and got discount prices on everything. I will be back for longer next year

Kiva, edullinen majapaikka Hoi Anin vanhankaupungin hulinan ulkopuolella mutta kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä. Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneesta puuttuu palovarotin.

バルコニー付きの部屋でないと窓がないのでご注意ください。4泊しましたが、お願いすると後半はバルコニー付きの部屋へ替えてもらえました。追加料金の説明もとてもわかりやすく安心して過ごすことができました。 朝食はシンプルですが、慣れるとメニューにはない目玉焼きに対応してくれたり、追加でバナナパンケーキを付けてくれたりとても親切でした。 プールは小さいですが、毎朝掃除されているようでとても綺麗でした。

フロントは親切な対応だった。 が、申し込んだミーソン遺跡ツアーが聞いていた内容と違っていた。ライスペーパー作りは無かった。昼食は野菜とチキンヌードルだけだった。遺跡のガイドは丁寧でよかったが昼食を楽しみにしていたのでガッカリだった。返金してもらいたいぐらいだ。 中心部からは徒歩１５分以上離れるが、静かでゆったりできた。

We love this place so much.the room very clean and amazing staff,just 5 minutes to walk the old town and night market.the poor so nice,they help us to book some local tour cooking class and train ticket,we have nice breakfast every morning.We will comeback Hoi An.
