Basic accommodations. The hotel felt clean and safe, but a bit dated and backed up to the highway, so there was some road noise. It offered some very helpful amenities like a fridge and microwave, and the bed was comfortable, but lacked other typical things like coffee, cups and ice bucket, and the TV was hard to operate. Having Penny’s Diner on site was really helpful (coffee!) and the food there is good. Hotel staff were proficient but not particularly welcoming.

Unorganized unprofessional rude management
Made reservations online and prepaid for my trip around 8:00 p.m. we arrived around 9:15 p.m. and they told us that our room was not ready due to they had to clean it. We had to wait until 11:40 p.m. to get into our room. It was unprofessional it was ridiculous I was upset I had my family with me. Normally when people check out in the morning you go and clean the rooms that way when people make reservations and come they got a room to stay in. I would like a full refund that would be cool but I would never go back to this place again. I also felt to mention rude management rude rude rude.
