This Modern Farmhouse is located in a safe and quiet residential street with just a 3 minute drive to downtown Dahlonega, a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest wineries, and a short drive to a variety of hiking trails around Dahlonega (and neighboring counties). This is the ideal location if you’re looking to be central to downtown Dahlonega + its surrounding activities, but still have a quiet and private home to relax with your crew after a day out!

The home sleeps a total of 8 people (1 Queen, 2 Fulls, 2 Twins).

The space
Exterior:
- This home sits on an acre on a residential street.
- There is a fire pit and camping chairs in the backyard and a functional grill on the front porch.
- Note: There are drainage ditches on each side of the driveway both marked with reflectors.

Main level: The main level of the home has finished concrete flooring with rugs in all main areas. Kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom, master bath, half bath, and laundry room are all located on the main level.

- The kitchen is fully stocked with necessary cooking utensils and more. We also provide ground coffee, sugar, and creamer for guests.
- Living room has board games + TV with chromecast to access all streaming services!

Second level: Located upstairs are 2 guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, linen closet, and what we call the “nook." There is a twin-sized daybed in the nook with another twin bed underneath on a trundle. Each bedroom contains a closet for clothing storage.

Both full-bathrooms are fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face wash.

Please note: While we have a gas fireplace in the living room, we do not have this listed as a usable “amenity” for guests at this time. However, the home has central heating + air conditioning, and fans in every bedroom (+living room) for guest’s comfort.

Guest access
The only space that we do not permit guests to access in the home is our unfinished storage space upstairs. These are unfinished spaces used for host storage only. There are four small doors (1 in each guest bedroom, and 2 in the "nook") that are locked to guests.

Great Place
This house is very convenient to Dahlonega and also close to a lot of great outdoor activities, which is what we were mainly interested in. The home is very clean and nicely furnished. Mattresses were comfortable. We loved staying there. The owner was helpful and even suggested hikes for us. We were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful getaway home close to Dahlongea and waterfalls.
Great 3 bedroom home with a wonderful host, Diana. We went to two waterfalls near by and several wineries. We will definitely go back!
