This newly constructed carriage house surrounded by farmland is the perfect private oasis. Conveniently located 6 miles from GA-400 and less than than 7 miles from Dahlonega, it offers easy access to activities in North Georgia. There are 10 vineyards within a 10 mile drive. Outdoor pursuits at Yonah Mountain, Amicalola Falls, & the Appalachian trail are all close by, as well as some of the best road, gravel and mountain biking in the area. The space This new one bedroom 2nd story apartment is a peaceful retreat for couples looking to enjoy the North Georgia foothills. The fully equipped kitchen and new high-end appliances makes it easy to stay in and relax after a full day exploring the area. The open floor plan and spacious living room provides a great place to unwind. The door-less walk-in shower and in-suite laundry invite you extend your stay. Catch the sunsets from the king size bed or the living room. Guest access The apartment has a private entrance with a self-check in smart lock and a free parking space behind the garage. If more than one vehicle is expected please let the host know so additional parking can be arranged. The parking garage and concrete circular drive is for host use only. Other things to note The driveway is a half mile one-lane dirt road winding through rolling pastures dotted with grazing cows. It is rare to meet another vehicle on the driveway; however, if this happens one vehicle will need to back up since there is not enough room to pass by each other.

Hidden Gem
While rental is above garage at private residence, we felt very, private. You could leave the curtains open and see nothing thing but green rolling pastures, cows and a big oak tree from main room & bedroom. Neat, clean & thoughtful rental- had snacks & clear concise instructions for arrival & departure.
We hope to plan a re-booking in the fall!

Lovin’ the backroads country living.
This one-bedroom lodging is ideal for a short getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Northern Georgia, where you can visit wineries, breweries, explore the mountains, and more. This place is clean, well-kept, and safe, and it has everything you need to feel right at home. One of my favorite features of this property is the long gravel dirt driveway that is surrounded by farmland. I adore this place.

Weekend Stay
My wife and I came to Dahlonega for the weekend and enjoyed visiting the town and surrounding area. This property was conveniently located to all of our activities. It is privately located surrounded by pasture and extremely nice. The property manager was available but we never needed anything so we didn't have to contact her. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this property.
