It was good except when I got hime and looked at my credit card statement they charged us for the hotel room after we went paid through expedia. If I wouldnt have checked my statement I wpuld have paid twice.

When we arrived the place smelt like forest fire smoke. Dogs were barking in rooms next door while the owners gambled. Kids crying. Loud door slams throughout hallway. Very limited greasy food dining in evening or coffee.

The facilities are beautiful, but the service was sub par. We had very noisy people staying in the room next to us, they had a party from 2am-4:30am. Staff were less than helpful when dealing with it, when again brought to their attention at check out they were rude and said since we booked through expedia there was nothing they could do.

I booked my room through Expedia which gives you the option to pay when you get there. The hotel attempted to debit my card without my consent and when I called to ask why they are doing this they tried to tell me that this wasn’t an option. When I asked to speak to the supervisor her solution was to “ forget this and keep things the same” and of course no manager to speak to. Last time I will ever stay at this hotel.

It’s a great place to stay. The views are beautiful. Right now there is construction going on close to the property so a little messy but not real bad. It’s understandable. We’ve stayed there a number of times. Will return.

We liked that the room was spacious however the walls were dusty and so was the table. The shower was not cleaned after we used it so cleaning could have been more of a priority. What I absolutely did not appreciate was that the hotel charged us for 2 nights despite booking through Expedia, not only was it frustrating but it happened for 1 night and then happened again. There were limited dining options and not much to do around the property unless you drove into the city.
