The front desk staff who checked us in was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our room had an unpleasant odor, and she had us assigned to a room within seconds. She also made sure we had extra bedding as there were 5 of us. The beds were comfortable, the room was dark and the AC worked well. The hotel was not very clean and breakfast was pretty awful. The gravy for the biscuits was chunky and looked like it had been reheated from the last several days. The coffee was also really bad, with an oily residue on top.

Our room was all functioning and clean. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. Your evening front desk personal went about and beyond and we forgot milk and she gave our grandkids there’s nighttime milk. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I like the roll down blinds instead of curtains. I love the walk-in showers instead of tub/shower. We asked for a shower chair and the brought right to us.

Well the mouse running in front of us heading for breakfast was the start. No milk for breakfast, water was dirty. Had to use water and half and half for oatmeal. We have stayed here a dozen of times in the ladt 2 years, it is going down heal fast

The desk clerk was very nice and worked hard to help me with situation. However, the rear entrance, which I had been directed to use, was a disaster. The door into the hall was damaged so that a key card was of no value and one could walk in--not very good for security! In the outer hall leading from that door, there was glass shattered and scattered all over--it looked like a light fixture had been broken. The interior of the room was OK clean. The main hall was not very clean on the carpet.

The room had been remodeled nice, but the door to the hallway wasn't installed properly and there was a big gap so I stuffed a towel in so the noise wasn't so bad.

We stop here every time we go to Texas. Great location. Clean, good breakfast, easy access, friendly staff. Birds in the parking lot are a bit strange, but ok.
