Mostly good, coffee is worth the stay.
The town is noisy, but can't be helped with highway running through.
Breakfast area was cramped, but coffee machine made the best I've had anywhere.
They need to throw out the worn recliner that was in the room.
We just needed a place to stay for the night. Hotel was an older hotel but was clean! The experience turned horrid by the man working the front desk. He raised his voice, yelled at me and told me the price I got online would not even pay for the electricity. I did not request a first floor room when we booked as I was just so tired, did not even think about it. I am handicapped and there is no way I could walk up the stairs. He wanted to charge me more for a first floor room. Let me also say the hotel was half full so it really did not matter what room we had. He also threatened to just cancel my rez. I ask him, you want to charge me more for a room because I am Handicapped and I said I would Be sure to include that in my review. Maybe I should not have said that but he was so rude to me and I was so tired (it was close to 11pm) I also asked him Not to yell at me and to not talk with such disrespect. I texted my husband to please come inside as I was very uncomfortable and this man seemed very unstable. My husband walked in and the man changed his attitude. The next morning the manager was working the front desk and I relayed my experience from The night before. The manager was unfazed and just said I am sorry. No corrective action was discussed or mentioned. Had the hotel done ANYTHING to make a wrong a right, I would not be writing this review. DO NOT STAY HERE! The front desk staff is aggressive and scary!
The room had busted lamps fixtures hanging off the walk pillows were no good tv only worked half the time tv remote had duct tape holding it together. Room 215 horrible.
After a very long drive the check in was good got into our room settled down locked the door that looked like it was broken into.
No security chain or lock. Bushes teeth with a clogged sink at this point husband is asleep. I look up and there is no smoke alarm paper towels stuffed up inside it
After a long drive I was to tired to switch rooms
We slept with the large chair in between door and dresser

Because of what I had seen on some reviews, I was reluctant to book, but thought I would take a flyer. Turned out it was just fine. If you want the Hilton, go there and pay Hilton prices. The room was clean. Its roomy and the furniture is a little dated, but kept up and clean. The bed was super comfy. Had a good nights sleep. Needed to run a fan for noise buffer because of being on a busy corner. We had good wifi. . You can see they are slowly making improvements. It’s a good price point. I had no issues staying here. Good selection at breakfast.
However, on the negative side. I was disappointed to find our room window was dirty, so went and asked reception for cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. All was good! Would stay again.
This was a very outdated room with very old and visibly worn furniture. There were flying insects in our room. We were not at all impressed with our stay.
This property was a complete dump! The trim on the entry door was broken and partially blocking the doorway, the dresser drawer was broken and leaning up against the wall, the towel rods were all bent or broken. The train noise was very loud as well as noise from the traffic outside the facility. Poor lighting in the parking lot and other "travelers" hanging out on the balcony made us feel unsafe.
Absolutely disgusting.
Flies were everywhere and on the pillows
front desk offered me fly swatters for the 2 rooms.
i would like my money back. I wouldn't have them on your site any more
