The hotel itself was nice. It was clean and the staff was great. But the neighborhood was horrible. If the hotel was in another area I would definitely stay there again.

Bad smell
Bad smell all in the hall way and in room. Had to go buy air freshener. Hotel smell like wet carpet. iron in room wasnt working properly. Tried to call to front desk, Phone in room wasnt working. So had to walk to front desk to get another iron. Paid over $125 for room then listen to someone walk uo to get room for $40 plus less. Bad experience.

Awful/Horrible/disgusting
That place was awful I’m talking bout crap stains on the bed other stuff crap in the wall and in a crazy neighborhood we had to switch rooms three times the fridge didn’t work the floors was disgusting the toilet was dirty the elavators barley worked it was hot dirty towels dirty sheets just overall horrible the only thing I could enjoyed was the pool which could had been clean better the place was just sick to my stomach I would never in life stay there again I rather sleep in my car this place needs to be shut down immediately I will be contacting someone to go view the hotel to make them get there stuff together because that’s just awful this the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel

Horrible stay
I took my family there for vacation for one of my daughter’s birthday. It was a horrible experience because I had children with me. The whole hotel was extremely hot. It was about 90° maybe even hotter inside which one we asked the front desk what was going on? He said the AC was down after check in . They did not let me know until after check in They didn’t have any central air. Upon check-in notice that the room was dirty, not fully cleaned. Also, the refrigerator in the room did not work and last of all the morning of check out had the neighbors next to me banging on the joint door and when reported to the front desk, they just said that it was somebody’s children and in room alone Without supervision. Not only that the hotel have a lot of prostitution going on loud music in the middle of the night people in the pool at 1 o’clock in the morning oh a lot of different cars, pulling into the parking lot, making noise and addition to that The whole hotel was completely dirty use condoms everywhere, trash and dirt outside and inside in the hallways they really need to remodel clean up and use police or security protection at the hotel because it was outrage of people doing drugs hanging out by the pool. It’s not a safe environment for children. I would definitely not book that hotel ever again. I even called Hotels.com to get change out of the hotel or get another hotel book which it was Memorial Day weekend so that was almost impossible and they refuse any refund.
