Expedia offered a great price. I am amazed by the hidden fees and upcharges. These fees add nearly $100 to the actual cost. Still better than calling the hotel straight up.

The air conditioner wasn’t working even after we switched rooms. Also the staff when we checked in had nasty attitudes and didn’t explain anything about the hotel. “Checking in for 2 nights!” That’s the only explanation about the hotel we got. Somebody also left there phone in the lobby when we turned it in they looked at us crazy. The whole vibe was off I will never stay there again awful service.

Beautiful room, everyone was lovely and I enjoyed the aesthetics. Comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. Super friendly and helpful staff, and the parking was super easy and accessible. And a great location with tons of food within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here for quick trips!

The staff and hotel were nice. It was convenient to what we wanted to do. I have allergies and didn't realize it was pet friendly and they had feather pillows. I was miserable. They did exchange my pillows with foam which helped.

I paid for a room with 2 queens and a full size hide a bed. Was given a room with 2 queens. Didn't realize this until midnight. I mentioned it at checkout.was told we'll do better next time. Honestly, there should have been a price reduction. Disappointing
