Everything was good with the room i got, except staff. When checking in, front desk people were playing pool and seemed frustrated when i arrived and interrupted their game. When checking out, the lady at the front seemed very rude and frustrated to be there. Wasn’t even asked how my stay was nor was i thanked at all…. Horrible.

No hot water and the hotel management knew they were having problems getting hot water to the floors above the second floor. My room was on the 9th floor. The management team showed a very cavalier attitude about it.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay. However, we encountered a leaking sink and had to use a towel to prevent water from spilling onto the floor, as maintenance was unavailable at night to address the issue. Additionally, the front desk did not provide any detailed information about the hotel during check-in. There was no mention of parking, breakfast times, or Wi-Fi details, which I typically expect to receive without needing to ask.

NO HOT WATER - SURPRISE
No hot water and it is a known issue. I'm not sure how they can continue to rent rooms every day and knowingly not have hot water. This is a health issue and should be reported to the health department to shutdown this place until proper basic required essential ammentities are provided. I've requested my full amount to be refunded to me.

The hotel never has hot water. The first time I stayed there, there was no hot water for showers and they told me they weren’t sure what was happening but maintenance was working on their boiler. I thought it was an unfortunate incident. I stayed there again 7 months later (big mistake) and again I was given the same story. The staff do not care or offer any accommodations. We also couldn’t check into our room right away - which was understandable. However, we asked to use an iron or a steamer for our business clothes for a meeting and the hotel staff refused to provide one or accommodate us at all. Do yourself a favor and stay at any other hotel in the area.
