Felt a little unsafe at this hotel. I stayed here because it was close to the DFW airport and my flight was canceled due to weather. I will pay more to stay at a more reputable hotel next time. Hotel seemed very old and unclean. The food at the pizza place was poor and the folks that were working at the hotel seemed to be very unhappy. While my room was roomy, it was not very nice. Felt like I was staying at a roadside motel and not a "hotel." A little friendliness and cleaning would go a long way here. Will never stay here again.

Affordable full-service hotel near DFW
This is an affordable, full-service hotel near DFW with all the amenities of -- and a little more wear than -- the pricier big-name hotels like Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, etc. The rooms are spacious and nice, albeit a little worn. The amenities are adequate, but a *little* underwhelming, but they DO have everything you need. If you're snooty and want everything like a 5-star resort, you should go spend 3x as much and head off to a top-shelf hotel. If you want a nice room in a hotel with 2 restaurants, nice amenities, good service, friendly staff, and very competitive prices, then this is your place.

The hotel is clean and in good condition. The photo online showed a walk in shower, which I always look for because of the multiple foot surgeries that I've had. My room didn't have a walk in shower, just a bathtub. Honestly, I was too tired to walk downstairs and ask for a room with a walk in shower. The entrance to the parking lot was somewhat weird and there needs to be a sign and lite better. It doesn't look like an entrance to a hotel, in my opinion. My room was clean and in good condition.

We booked "suite with 2 king beds". We got a room with 2 full beds. We were told the pool was open until 9pm. It is closed and the heater is off.

Quick business overnight trip
This was a quick overnight stay on business. Check in was easy. It seemed like the restaurant/bar was a little understaffed when we were there, but service was fine once they go to us. Hotel seems a little dated, but was a good value. I would stay there again.

Cowboys Win.
Great staff, restaurant and Pizza Cafe we're very good fun conversation sitting around the bar. Breakfast was probably the biggest letdown but still okay if you're on your way and hungry.

Dissatisfied stay
Disappointed stay; the pool was not functional at all. Was a major selling point and I even called to confirm that it was functional and was told yes. Very disappointing. Also only was given two breakfast vouchers instead of four in room. Gym was great but also had issues with tv not working, water fountain not being functional as well.
