Staff was friendly and available. The hotel is clean, but dated. My room was loud due to the highway noise. Parking lot is long and narrow, so you may have to walk if the hotel is crowded. Was it worth the price? I would say yes, if you are looking to use the room as a base.

Everything but rest.
Greeted at the front desk by the sweetest older lady. Her name was Sandra. Enjoyed chatting with her. The rooms were clean and very nice. The inside pool was a nice amenity. The only issue with the whole stay was the bed was uncomfortable. Could not get comfortable at all. Tossed and turned all night. The mattress was very firm.

Horrible customer service and room
Greasy substance on the remote, door handles, TV guide, and wall switches. Bed was a king but hard almost as if your laying on a floor; awfully uncomfortable. Then I check out a night early because our power was restored and the rep at the front desk didn’t check me out. Took my room cards back but did not check me out. Why you ask? Because they didn’t want to credit me for the one night even though they knew I was leaving early. The rep couldn’t even get off his personal call to check me out said he would do it and he didn’t. I asked for help from Hotels.com to get the one night credited. They called and of course end result (after 2 days) they could not get a response from mgmt to get a credit. I’m positive it’s because the lovely rep didn’t check me out like he was supposed to so it would appear I was there when I wasn’t. Very bad experience with this place. Don’t stay here staff like this make it not worth it never mind the dirty room and uncomfortable bed. If I could give a “0” I would!!!

Pleasant and helpful staff, easy to book and check in. Glad we chose this hotel. Only issues I encountered were one of the washing machines out of order & difficulty with payment, and extremely slow computers.

The room was clean, the AC blew cold, there were plenty of power plugs, there were an amazing number of TV channels available, the breakfast choices were numerous, and I really appreciated the machine that made lattes vs. just regular coffee. The staff members I encountered were friendly, and the price was definitely right. I was glad there was an indoor pool though I didn't use it.

Will stay here again!
I have stayed at this Best Western many times in years past. It was a fine motel. Everything has been updated and remodeled and it is even better now. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, room was very comfortable. Only complaint is the elevator had a nasty smell. We didn’t spend much time in there so it wasn’t a big deal 😄
