Rooms were extremely clean and pleasant throughout. Television (one of them) didn’t work (no signal) in the room but not that big of a deal. Breakfast in the morning however was quite confusing. Showed up and was told that I need a “voucher” for breakfast. I stated I didn’t have one but can I purchase one? I was told no… Okay.. Can I at least get a coffee to go? I was told no again… So be sure to have other dining options available if needed. Otherwise a great stay!

It’s packed with conventions and the one thing I called ahead and wanted to do was to use the hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t even filled with water. I took pictures. I cannot believe they charged me over $150 for a room that does not even have what they advertise.

The room was ok..not bad at all but just ok. It was clean and quiet but a little dated. Great location. They charge you $16 for breakfast and by the looks of it, I would probably pass anyway. Coffee was cold and tasted terrible.

I looove this hotel. The only thing I’d say needs improvement are the bathroom toilet , sink, shower and lighting in the rooms. but everything else is amazing.
