Our room was nice, but temperature was freezing. The staff was slow to fix it. No coffee in our room the second day. Staff on hand was not responsive and hard to locate when we needed them.

Clean and comfortable.
Very clean and check in was quick and friendly. Everything was well-lit which I appreciated as a solo traveller. The ice machine also provided filtered water which I absolutely loved. Definitely would stay again. 10/10 stars.

Great Stay
My boyfriend and I stayed for the night because we had a party to attend close by. From the minute we drove up and spoke to the valet attendant to the minute we left the next day, we received excellent service from staff. The hotel was beautifully styled, VERY clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

The room and check in was awesome. The only downside is that breakfast is 18$ a person. And parking is 22$ overnight which we did not know. So we ended up paying over 70$ in parking in addition to paying for the hotel.

We were really looking forward to our vacation and our stay at the Canopy but we faced a few inconveniences during our stay. Our main issue was the AC not working. When walking into the room, we noticed it was very hot even though the thermostat was set to 74. We lowered it and left for the evening. When we came back into the room, we noticed it was still hot and the AC never lowered to our desired temperature. We notified the staff in the morning and they quickly got it taken care of; however it was not staying on. The next two nights we kept having to wake up every hour or so to turn off the AC and turn it back on because that was the only resolution we found. All in all, mainly a maintenance issue. But when notifying the staff at time of checkout of the still existent problem, they did not seem to care. Just wish there was a bit more hospitality at the end.
