Roaches in the room and around the door. Smaller bugs on bathroom floor and tub. I asked for the area around the door to be sprayed for roaches. It was a very uncomfortable night.

I asked via message if I could have a late check out and I received a message yes and they moved my check out from 11 AM to 12 noon. Then I called and spoke to the front desk. A male gentleman told me my reservations were still current and pending my arrival. I explained I would be there closer to 11 11:30 PM. He said that that was not a problem I arrived, and they told me my cancel. My reservation was not valid. They cannot find me in the system they couldn’t explain who I spoke to even though they confirm the number that was on my call. History was their phone number. They couldn’t explain how I received a late check out notice and they said that my reservation number was invalid so despite all those things, they told me, they did not have my reservation, and they cannot offer me a room. I do not recommend them.

Got there 1hr early and receptionist at the time said I couldn’t check in. Come back in 1hr. I did and got put in a handicapped room. AC was making all kinds of noises. Went to the reception and the NEW girl was way nicer and let me change rooms.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The elevator and ice machine on the fourth floor were not working. Lady at front desk was not very friendly.

It was a nice place to stay; however, staying on the 4th floor the ice machine didn’t work. So had to go to another floor to get ice and either had to take the stairs or call front desk to ask for an elevator. Hope that is fixed before I go back or will not stay on the 4th floor.

Comfort Suites are in a great location in Arlington. You will be right next to Six Flags and 6 mins away from the ballpark and football stadium. Hotel was clean, and the staff was great. The management on the other hand is lacking. Hotel is not repaired effeciently. Elevators had no certificates in them. 4th floor the elevator button didnt work. Most air conditioners in the hall or stair cases were unplugged or turned off. Our air conditioner leaked water onto the carpet. Even another guest told me that last year when they stayed the hotel was in alot better shape. Breakfast was not that great. Very cheap on prducts and what was offered. Are they not budgeting very well. We were there for a concert and for what we had to pay you would think it would be alot better. Profits over customer satisfaction and pride in your hotel.
