Walking distance to AT&T Stadium. Situated around busy Highway and surface roads the room was still quiet! Had a few room issues but maintenance was on top of it and was super professional! General manager was also professional and all staff was extremely courteous that we came across. Felt like a safe area however one of our truck windows did get broken. Arlington police were also called and friendly to work with! We won’t be staying there again for this reason.

Room was never cleaned. Shower was broken. New/ cleaned bedding was never brought in. For the service and room quality a partial refund should be considered.

Advertised queen beds but that they are not. Measured as doubles/fulls. Leaky shower faucet. Cockroaches came out of the drain. Ran out of toilet paper and all they could find was a half used roll from a cleaning cart… I would stay away big time. Wouldn’t offer a refund for all the complaints and fake advertising of bed sizes.

Poor customer service
I love staying at this hotel, but evening shift is better than the morning shift when it comes to customer service. My experience with one particular morning shift employee was not so pleasant. She treated as if I wasn’t a guest. Her energy was negative. And the customers service from her was horrible. I asked to speak to the manager, because their was some confusion regarding charges a damage deposit. Most hotel just keep a card on file. Because I have had issues with the deposit being refund. And besides that, it take days to release, which is why I immediately take pictures of my room before and I when I check out. I didn’t receive housekeeping. I had to ask for towels and I take out the trash the whole time I was there. But they will disturb your enjoy with room checks before your check out time, if you don’t put out the do not disturb sign. The manager was nice, when I did speak with her regarding my concern.
