Oh where do I start. Lets start with the airport shuttle or the lack there of. We landed at 8PM called multiple times to confirm a shuttle and was told that one ran every 30 minutes but to call and they would send one. I called and they said a shuttle would be by shortly. Well we waited for over 30 minutes in the right spot and watched many other shuttles for different hotels come by but never the shuttle for the comfort inn. Eventually we gave up and took the holiday inn shuttle and walked over to comfort suites. We got to the room and for the most part it was pretty standard but the heat didn't work so it was a bit chilly in our room and the thermostat light was so bright it lit up the beroom with no way to turn it off. at 3 in the morning when i kept getting woke up by it i covered it with a towel which helped. the bed was nothing to write home about. overall the place was a small step above a motel 6 but twice the price for a monday night. then the next morning airport shuttle disaster again. the shuttle company they use doesn't have a roll of how many people will be utilizing the shuttle so ours had more people than seats, the driver was completely innatenttive to the road, borderline wreckless driver, with passengers without seat belts no less, and kept complaining to his boss on the phone that he was off 20 minutes ago. after stopping at another hotel to squeeze even more people in we finally get to the airport overall highly disappointed. stay somewhere else.
