Room was nice, had a living room aarea along with 2 queen beds. Place waa conveniently located right off the highway. Only negative was the front clerk Kris. She was not very friendly and seemed to be bothered if you asked a question. Good thing we only saw her at check-in.

We traveled in early November. So this would be great for truckers or anyone stopping and going. They advertised lots of amenities. The pool was closed even though it was 80-90 all week. Breakfast was powered eggs, hot sauce and bacon bagels toast watered down orange juice and apple juice and waffles and oranges or apples and oatmeal. There WAS NO coffee all week. Tea was available. The laundry room did not work. All the claimed amenities was a joke. You do get free parking. Our floor was cracked in the bathroom and there was a plate broken. The pull out mattress was paper at best and very difficult to pull out. There weren’t any towel holders for your towels in the bathroom. There were also not enough utensils or soaps and towels. It was like they forgot they were suites. I would not recommend unless you’re stopping by. Save extra and pay extra for those little details. Ohhh and the WiFi is horrible. WiFi is a must. Save your dollars and go elsewhere.

Checking in was terrible, the night receptionist was rude and not informative. There was some very questionable people wandering the lobby and outside. The whole place smelled like Marijuana and our room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. The wifi password was written down wrong so we called several times to the front desk woth no answer. The next morning we went to have breakfast and the hot portions were so cold. There was waffles but no syrup.

Most of the staff was unprofessional. The room floors were dirty, and the walls in the hallways were chipped and dirty, as if the place were 50 years old. We won't stay there again.

The first room I checked into had a big visible pipe in the ceiling wrapped up with something white and big stains in the carpet and couch. The front desk lady was very nice and moved me to another room. There were stains all over the floor and couch and the room smelled like food.
