We liked the easy access to this hotel. We liked how quiet the hotel was. The staff was very friendly. We did not care much for the breakfast or the pool/hot tub area. We also were a little uncomfortable on the elevator as there were a few times we though we were going to get stuck because it wasn't moving and would open back up to the same floor we got on from or just wouldn't move and wouldn't open the doors. My mom was with us and she is in a wheelchair and we were on the 4th floor, therefore, the elevator was the only way down for us. My husband was finally a brave one and while we got off the elevator, he kept trying to get it to work and he finally did. We made it down and we made sure to tell the check in staff about it. They were very prompt in trying to figure out what was going on. Also, the beds are really high off the ground, and I am very short so it was not easy to get on and off of. And my mother also had a hard time getting on and off. The bed itself was comfortable though.

This is one of my go to places to stay when in the dallas area. I like that the staff is friendly they dont just stare at you weird when coming in from being out i also love the way it smells(clean) my stay was really peaceful and relaxing,i enjoyed the hot tub i did not eat breakfast due to sleeping in but overall i recommend staying here.
