Room keys never stayed programmed. The staff is so used to it they don’t even verify your room number. Anyone could probably walk up with a key and give them a random room number. Dirty, unkept property. Never made beds. Place needs some maintenance and a remodel. Wouldn’t recommend ever.

I once stayed here and everything seemed okay so i booked a 2nd time with my family this time around and was highly disappointed. Everything was clogged from bathtub to sink and even the toilet was not flushing correctly. I reported the toilet issue as i left for daily activities and they said will check it out only for us to deal qith the same issue when we got back in the evening. The employee at the front dis not have a sense of urgency and acted like we where a bother. NEVER AGAIN.

The room had hair from other people in the bathroom and there were not enough blankets available for the pull out sofa. We tried calling the front desk and no one answered ever. The check in process was not very friendly and the shuttle driver in the morning didn’t even show up so we ended up getting an Uber. The bathroom floor was falling apart and the drain was completely clogged.

It was acceptable
My stay here was acceptable. The staff was nice my room was clean. I didn't like the fact that the ceiling in my room had stains on it. Overall everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
