We were left stranded at airport after attempting to contact the hotel for shuttle for 45 minutes. Front desk comment once arrived was…”sorry we were busy”..?! We chose this property as we were flying thru. Advertised shuttle pickup from airport (advertised as an airport hotel). I expect a call from Marriot regarding this-

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with a Marriott property. The room was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. We reported this to the staff on multiple occasions and nothing was done. The first female employee I spike to demanded that we explain the noise - instead of walking up to hear or sending someone to investigate. Only after I asked for a manager and expressed my disappointment did she take my phone number and stated she or a manager would call us - still no call. We actually left this property and went to a different hotel for our last night. I will be filing a formal complaint with Marriott directly as I am a Marriott rewards client. Totally unacceptable.

My friends and I all had a great night sleep because the beds are super comfortable. Other than that the property was pretty basic. Good for a weekend trip, I wouldn’t stay here past two nights.

The staff amazing, they are 2 miles from airport but best rest i have ever had no loud noise. Fun fact they have a van to give rides to the nearby restaurant/ bar/pharmacy for convince. Check out is at 1pm. But if you decide to rot like i did yhey have great options in the bistro and options for drinks too.
