This hotel was amazing! With the best customer service from EVERYBODY! Everything was clean & the bed felt so amazing... I got some really good sleep this weekend! Also, Major shout out to the bartender MoMoh! He was so nice & passionate! He made sure we started the night off right for my bday! Book book book! Great food as well! Great everything!!

We had bed bugs in our room and got bitten a lot. Thought it was something else the 1st night but by the 2nd night it was clear when we saw them. Not a great experience. Ended up going to the pharmacy on the 2nd night for anti itch cream it got really bad. Red marks all over.

I would like to start this off by saying this hotel needs serious updating. The staff and customer service is excellent just people doing the best with what they can. The rooms are clean. Though lacking, coffee is provided no coffee maker. Bucket for your ice, no ice vending machine you have to grab some ice out of a bag that the staff has to get from the back. The elevator almost stopped on me and I’ve never had that happen before as if it was going to drop me and there looked like bullet holes in the wall. Just needs some care and love will not stay again but grateful that I made it out without further complaint

It is not our first time staying at this hotel. But this is the worst experience... There was only 2 bath towels in our room, killed a cockroach in the bathroom and there was no ice/ ice machine.
