Mid. Just mid. The elevators were broken and there was 1 tiny roach in the room. The floors were also damp upon entry. The bed was amazing though! I never received my IHG points, nor did I get a receipt at check out.

Rooms are old and outdated. In areas that for not have the hotel perfume it smelled musty. Being so close to the airport, it should have a shuttle.

Disappointed
The rooms smelled like mildew. Had to request wash clothes for my room. There was a needle on the floor that my significant other stepped on that was in our room. The rugs were dirty, bathroom door would not shut close. This was my first time experiencing these conditions at a Crown Plaza hotel. Disappointed with this Crown Plaza Hotel. The restaurant food and bar was great.
