Poor Customer Service.
My room had no AC. This was a problem for others as well. All on the same floor. Come on people do better. We all paid money for a comfortable nights sleep and instead it’s Texas and we were all hot. Didn’t even offer to compensate or discount the rooms. Had to sleep with the balcony sliding door open.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Downtown Dallas recently for three nights. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working in my first room or my second, and it stopped working in my third room. So I was in four different rooms for a 3-night stay. That was very inconvenient, but the rest of my stay was pretty good: friendly staff, clean beds. The bathrooms were fine, but you can see the fixtures need to be replaced. The place is old but still a good option because of its location.

Do not stay here. Not sure if they changed ownership but the staff had no idea what they were doing and the room was outdated and disgusting. All but one elevator was down the last day we left and it was a nightmare.
