Really its the staff at this location. They are all so lovely from the ladies who clean the room and kitchen staff to the front desk. They were all so hospitable.

Best hotel in Dallas for the money.
Among the best hotels in the Dallas area. Amazing breakfast, free food and drinks every evening, and a full bar from 5pm to midnight every night. There’s also a ln outdoor heated pool and hot tub on the 5th floor. There are a dozen different restaurants within walking distance. No need to look anywhere else. This is where you want to stay.

We have stayed at this hotel 5+ times and each time has been great. The breakfast variety and quality is far above most other hotels. The drink machine is a huge added bonus and all the staff has always been incredibly helpful. The only issue I had was 1 elevator was down which made for some extremely long wait times especially when trying to take a full luggage cart down. Collectively this weekend we probably spent 20+ minutes waiting on elevators, so hopefully it’ll be fixed before the next time we’re back!

Love Drury, but...
I'm recently loyal to Drury and mostly happy with this location. However, try and request a room that doesn't face the highway. The highway noise kept waking me up even with ear plugs. I was shocked how busy the traffic was all through the night and early morning. Otherwise, it's a beautiful hotel with comfortable beds.

Staff was awesome ! Good breakfast for a free hotel one. CityLine Dart station is very walkable and easy to get to. They have a Parking garage which is a huge plus. If you get a suite the elevators are on the other side of the wall. So you do hear the “mechanics” of them non-stop. We always bring a fan and that solved that issue, but if you are a light sleeper just a heads up in the suites. We will stay again great time and great hotel
