We got in late and left early. Our flight coming in was delayed and the staff was very accommodating. We had not eaten and was recommended and driven to the restaurant. So pleased with our stay.

During a very busy Dallas weekend (OU Texas game), management gave all double queen rooms to a bus tour, including our two reserved double queen rooms. Then there was not enough linens and towels. Had to use wash clothes and floor mats to dry off from a shower. Many other guests shared in our same experience. This was not our normal experience for Embassy Suites. If management wants to sell out every room, it is time to buy new supplies. Hopefully the extra you charged me for the busy weekend will help. Breakfast was great as always. The night manager did a great job with what she was left.

bed pillow & pillow case has mildew and the head board of the bed was coming apart the potatoes for breakfast was under cooked ran out of oatmeal before breakfast was over , I stayed at several embassy suites this one at 4650 airport freeway was a terrible experience.

Embassy Suites properties are my “go to” brand, but this property did not meet expectations. Rooms need updates, bed headboard peeling, paint flaking and rusty bathroom. I had to pin curtain closed. The evening reception was subpar with limited offerings, even if I wanted to purchase. Room was prepaid but hotel charged me for the full stay plus deposit. I requested towels, but they were not in the room. When I asked housekeeping clerk she told me go to desk. Desk clerk was apologetic but the back and forth was distressing due to mobility limitations. This stay reminded me why I stopped using this particular DFW property. Lesson learned.

The front desk was great ,felt very welcomed 😊 even though there was a mix up the she (can't remember her name) handled it well and with a smile ,she was very friendly and humorous with us. What I didn't like was the staff at breakfast no smile and just tossed the food on the plate. But other than that everything was great

My stay there was for a couple days housekeeping came in to clean the room the next day they emptied the trash great. They made the bed great.but they didn’t change the sheets there was a stain on the bed sheets and they didn’t change the bed sheets they just tuck in the blanket not great

Clean and convenient to DFW
Nice atrium and indoor environment. Bar with good drink options. Rooms are older with not very good lighting. Close to the airport and reasonably priced.
