My first bad experience!

When i got in the shower , water stayed filling up in the tub, i checked the drain thing to let water out the tub and it still didnt drain out i told front desk no one did anything about it ! Then, check out time is 12:00 front desk kept calling the room phone and housekeeping was beating on the door several times ! This the first time i ever experienced this ! I stay at this same hotel everytime i come to texas !!

It is unfortunate that finger pointing is done when things don't go as requested. I expected better service being with this brand. No one from mgmt. contacted me even after I made a request and follow-up the next day. Dirty pillows on what appeared to be a recently made bed.

Five Stars for Four Point

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Excellent access to AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field and Six Flags. They had a restaurant but there were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The only thing it lacked was a free breakfast.
