The facilities are average but clean, the staff is not the best. The suite we slept in, despite being clean, feels old and with very very little lighting, plus all the light is white as if you were in a hospital!

This was my go to hotel when i would come to visit my family here in Arlington. However this time i stayed for 3 nights and none of the nights we were there were we able to connect to their wifi. I called and asked if there was an issue with it and they said no, i guess i was just out of luck. Toilet wouldnt flush right. And for the price for the nights it just wasnt worth it. Sadly i wont be returning to this hotel.

One of the reasons I booked it said it had a restaurant/bar and bar would be open until 11. We traveled got in Wednesday at 8:30 wanting to have a drink at bar they were closed when asked the lady at desk said it was dead so they closed! I ask for more towels she only had 2 and said come back later to get more but I did not feel like coming back later it was late. No free shuttle to Cowboys game either

My stay was acceptable, nothing special. The hotel did not offer anything complimentary amenities also the beds were not very comfortable. I have had better hospitality stay experience at super 8 and motel 6 even. Econo. Lodge.
