Love the inside foyer and all the beauty it bestows. Although you are inside a building it feels like a beautiful outdoor experience. If you get a room , get one with a partial view or full view. You won’t be disappointed !!

The lady that checked us in was extremely nice and friendly. She asked us what brought us to town and we told her we were just recently able to begin traveling with our severely autistic son. She gave us a 2 tier upgrade to a balcony room. Unbelievable customer service.

Way too overpriced for what they offer... Horrible food options available, subpar quality given price. Additionally charges you for many things. Have been to many hotels for academic conferences and this was the worst experience I had. Will never stay here unless there is no choice.

This was our first time visiting and it was absolutely AMAZING! The staff was super helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked in to the moment we unfortunately had to check out. Our room was the perfect size and we had the perfect view with a balcony! Our boys (8 & 11yrs old) had such a fantastic time! So many activities for the kids! The morning breakfast buffet was so so good! I miss the GRITS! We will definitely come back!

Nice, but value isn't there...
At $900 for 2 nights, that value isn't there. Very nice property as all the Gaylord Resorts tend to be, but the nightly price for what you get (or don't) can be improved greatly! For that amount, at least parking should be covered or complimentary breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also, the room (standard king room) didn't scream high-end resort. The spa is nice, but overpriced as well.
