The female, who checked us in, and out the next day,, had no expression on her face and never said hello or welcome. Once I told her my name, the only thing she said to me is the elevator Is that way. She acted like she absolutely hated her job. Other than that, it was a nice facility and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is overall nice, and is just a short walk from American Airlines Center if you're in town for a game. It is a few minutes drive from the art museum and Reunion Tower. The gym could use some maintenance of its equipment but a good simple set up.

I checked in pretty late at night and the front desk rep wasn't the nicest. Just an observation. I wasn't the only customer checking in. She seemed very bothered by having to check me in.

It’s a safe and quiet place to stay at in downtown Dallas. It has a safe garage to easily park your vehicle. It’s convenient and at walking distance to the American Airlines Center. The staff and food is also great.

Suitable for a long stay
I selected the hotel merely for its location and cost, it ended up exceeding my expectations and I booked an additional night. The room was very spacious and felt more like a studio apartment with the kitchen and living room like space and extra large closet. The morning breakfast wasn’t extravagant (not that I was expecting that) but provided enough options for most diets. I could easily see staying here for a month or more if business requires it. Last, I’d like to express my surprise and appreciation for the attention paid to providing to phthalate free shampoos and soaps, as this is of special concern to me.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Slightly noisy as expected in downtown Dallas near American Airlines Center (Mavericks game). Didn’t feel comfortable walking the area as female alone but would recommend otherwise!
