The staff are amazing except someone called “Carl” he is not helpful at all always being rude, for example he refused to give me the complementary 2 water bottles and gave it to all the group!! I paid for the water, I can proof that. Finally on the extension he refused to use the previous booking security deposit and insisted to take a new one. I don’t recommend at all

$60+ daily valet parking service was not mentioned in listing, a sure disappointment. Room was great, and breakfast was top notch. Only two of four elevators were working during our three night stay, and downtown area is clearly in decline.
