Elevators went out again. This happened last year when we stayed. 5 floors is a lot to carry luggage! Toilet didnt flush properly. Shower had almost no pressure. Overall up keep on facility needs to be improved and updated. Way over priced for condition of hotel. There are 2 much nicer hotels within walking distance of this venue!

Front desk people were very kind! We had some issues with things being taken as we accidentally left them on the car. My AirPod was ran over and destroyed. But the hotel staff was kind and the hotel was comfortable!
