The room looked nothing like the website. Lots of crime surrounding and on the premises. Rooms were in terrible condition and smelled awful. I got a smoke free room and when I walked in the entire room smelled like cigarettes

I will not stay at this hotel again! Check in was very difficult, even unfriendly. Killed two large roaches in breakfast room. Breakfast very Cincy and cheap. Rooms are worn out and dirty. The entire grounds, driveway, and buildings are worn out, aged, or just plain old! Too many to list. Should’ve stayed somewhere else.

You can tell its a older property when you walk on the inside. I say if they do a lil upgrade to the inside these would be the best place to stay in the DFW.... The main thing i like is that they look like lil apartments...

Very nice property. Check in very easy. I was given an Imacculate Room that was 5 star, but the bathroom turned out to be flooded so I had to get another room. The other room was on the dingy side complete with roaches in the bathroom. My take away is to get a NON-smoking room. They are MUCH better. Also, I stayed directly across from the lobby. When I went for the breakfast, I was not allowed to take any food back to my room. That was a deal breaker for me. I will not be returning...I will stay at the Doubletree next door if I return to Richardson Texas.

Do not recommend.
Apparently I booked a smoking room which is whatever, but the room was just...not it. There was mold on the ceiling, and could smell the mold in the shower. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but just couldnt. Checked out early. Staff is friendly enough, just really needs some work.

This extended stay hotel appears to be a prior apartment complex. While it is spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, there were bugs crawling on the walls and on the floors. The air conditioning would not cool down under 78.5° and the vents throughout the unit were disgusting. I was appalled at how dirty all the surfaces were and it appeared not to have been cleaned in weeks. I was afraid to sleep in the bed for fear of bed bugs. For $75 a night, you certainly would expect something much much better.
