Upon arrival to the room, I saw that the pillow cases were dirty and upon closer inspection I saw the sheets had hair on them and smelled like sweat. They were clearly dirty. I called the front desk and she informed me I could come down for clean sheets. I asked for them to come change them as I felt this was a bit ridiculous to tell em to change someone’s dirt sheets. The housekeeper had already left so I ended up changing them myself. After all this work I tried to go to bed and someone slammed my door really hard. I couldn’t get comfortable so after 3 hours I decided just to leave. When I came down to the front desk to check out no one was there so I left the key and just left. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I feel like I should have been given a refund.

The staff is exceptionally nice and warm. The rooms are decent size and the pillows… on point. The coffee is delicious and the location is perfect! Thank yall for a wonderful and comfortable stay ❤️
