Upon, arriving at The Property and soon as I checked into my room, I can smell a very loud odor of smoke & I knew it came from the housekeeper that cleaned the room, I immediately informed the front desk about my issue, the ladies at the front desk resolved my issue without any hesitation..

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Only thing was we were evacuated for some type of emergency but other than that everything was great. Front desk staff had great customer service.

Great location if you want to be in a central location in the DFW area. Lots of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, shops and other businesses. The hotel was clean and modern. Hot breakfast was available in the restaurant. Amazing staff dedicated to making your stay comfortable and welcoming. The elevator to the underground parking garage was not working, but it was only 1 flight of stairs to the main level. Highly recommend for families or couples.

I stayed two nights from 12/30/24 to 1/1/25. The decor is the lobby is modern and the staffs were welcoming. The standard double bed room is relatively small compared to other competitors. The cleanliness of the room is average because I found a sock by the bed and also husband complained carpet on the entryway need some vacuuming. The guest service also needs improvement. I called the Guest Service at 9am before I head out to refill the coffee station. It was not refilled by the time I returned at 6:30pm. I reached out again and was told someone would bring it. However, no one ever showed up. I wished the guest could submit the request electronically so the hotel staff/management could check if the request had been fulfilled. Overall, the stay was good being over the busy holiday season.
