The newly renovated hotel was spotless. The color scheme compliments the facility quite well, creating a welcoming look. Breakfast definite was stocked with all the necessities, and the dining area was well-maintained. Kudos to the management and staff for seeing to the needs of their guests. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to access from I-35E. On a busy weekend well lighted parking was limited, in addition two large shipping containers took up about a dozen more parking spaces. For nine floors we found only two places to access ice. The ventilation in the room was difficult to control, very noisy, but blew lots of cold air. Checkin and checkout went very smoothly, Breakfast was pretty much the standard fare one would expect from above economy hotels; the individuals working the breakfast meal were extremely attentive -- probably the highlight of our stay! Noise has to be expected here with light rail (DART) on one side, a traditional railroad track on the other, and the Southwestern Medical Complex of hospitals receiving emergency patients at all hours, The noise is noticeable, but not terrible. This hotel does allow pets, one time charge of $50 plus $100 deposit.

Comfortable stay!
The front desk guys were super nice at check in, our room was on the 9th floor and was very clean and had everything we needed such as a fridge and microwave, etc. one thing I didn’t see in there was a plastic laundry bag like in most hotels. There was quite a few homeless and others hanging around the perimeter of the hotel but we just made sure to bring all important belongings inside with us.

Very nice but super noisy
Good location for city experience (around $15 with Uber to downtown). Very friendly staff, clean rooms, quite new, pool outdated /damaged unusable, great breakfast, decent bathroom, but curtains in shower is a negative point, sink so small that's almost impossible to wash hands, perfectly darkening blinds, but..... now here we go; super noisy from street, airport, elevator and especially from the two railway lines right next to the hotel.
