I had a great check in. The woman at the desk was so thoughtful. I arrived late in the evening and during check in the woman asked if I was traveling alone. She stated she did not want me to walk around the area alone at night so she told me a close parking spot that I could use until the morning. I really appreciate her taking my safety into consideration. She was very kind and for that I am so thankful. I might have the spelling wrong, but her name was Miral. Thank you again for making my trip to Dallas a safe and fun time.

Very close to the Amtrak train station and blocks away from restaurants. Hotel staff were very nice and knowledgeable of the area. They had a huge breakfast area with lots of option to choose from. Will definitely plan to stay there again.

Parking is offsite. In an unsafe area parking lots are right beside greyhounds. Car almost got broken into the last night I was there. Made the decision to leave a day before original booked time out of fear my car would be damaged. I asked first desk if i could be refunded for the night that I would not be staying and was told if I decided 20 minutes earlier it would’ve been okay.

Good hotel if you’re staying downtown, wouldn’t recommend staying there if you have a car as there is no parking but it’s great if you’re planning on walking/ubering.

The staff was great, room was clean and good. The hotel itself had to much going on. Road works on the outside which was beyond their control. However, the AC in tje lobby was down and the elevator went out as well. We had to walk from the 6th floor with luggage. Some renovation was also taking place downstairs with tiles removed near the breakfast area. There was a nail or something in the ground that almost tripped me. The location was perfect for visiting the Reunion tower but I guess it was just the wrong time to be there. Right place, wrong time.

For me, it was a great and comfortable stay in the Historic District of downtown Dallas, and in an establishment serving the best complimentary breakfast in the country!
