Staff are great!
Check in was smooth; they did not have morning airport shuttle due to no driver but they waived the cost of our vehicle being there and we appreciated that so much since the cost of a driver to take us to the airport was $40.00. All staff very courteous; room was very difficult to control temperature; either way too hot or too cold; loved the healthy breakfast options; the egg white omelette was awesome! Bed and pillow felt somewhat old.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites have the best beds. The staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The hot breakfast choices need to be upgraded. There was an unpleasant smell in our room. Overall, we enjoyed out stay!

It was a bit of a miss for me
The people here are great! Definitely 5 star worthy. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. I can't tell if the wall was being re painted near the tub or maybe it was water damaged. The rooms had a weird dynamic where it was either super humid and muggy or ice cold with the AC on ...even at a decent temperature. The carpet felt a bit dank. Nothing that was gross, just worn. They do have two hot tubs so that is also a win. If you're in a pinch, or are in a one day work trip this place is more than adequate....but if that isn't the case, you may want to check around elsewhere imo. But again, the SERVICE/PEOPLE HERE WAS GREAT!
