The room they put us in had throw up between the furniture and smelled really bad. They did move us to another room which was better but they weren’t real nice about it. The second room was clean but hotel was dated and could be cleaner.

I’m not the type to write negative reviews, I usually just stop purchasing something if it was bad enough. My room was horrible. It was extremely dirty, and smelled like mildew and an ash tray. It kicked you as soon as you walked in. Apparently there were no other rooms I could be moved into, but it was a terrible 2-night stay

Excellent location for everything downtown San Antonio has to offer: Alamo, Alamodome, Hemisphere, The Riverwalk and other historic or entertainment venue. Great food. Great time.

We Couldn’t check in when we arrived ,had to wait 30 minutes, they said power outage had just happened Only two washcloths for the room and we went down to the front desk. She said we would have to wait until in the morning until the maid came in. Would not even give me a chance to upgrade my room and pay extra money said because I booked with a third-party there was not a chance of me being able to do that. Also because I booked with a third-party, I could not obtain a receipt Upon checking out. Nice pool. gentleman that was also a guest had to clean it before him and my grandson and daughter got into pool. Light did not work in room 407 properly. Toilet is tricky to flush. You have to hold it down in order for it to flush. Not updated for USB plugs only very few outlets able to use Small TV and outdated for room size Comfy bed Four pillows on each Lakeview isn’t the greatest, but you can see the lake Complex view,mainly get the complex view next-door apartment complex Carpets get stains on them A lot of lighting, but very poor lighting. TV hung crooked on the wall. Body wash completely out soap and shampoo, almost out Bathroom door gets stuck You have to hold the toilet flusher down completely Roach in hallway Black n wall maybe mold or burnt Was nice to be able to get up early and go to the lake to watch the sunrise behind Bass Pro. Breakfast was awesome. It actually had bacon! Also had biscuits and gravy, sausage, pancakes, and a lot of other stuff.

Convenient to where we were going. 1st room AC shorted out( sparks included). Went back to lobby and the lady who checked us in was fantastic just like before. New room was nice, but floor around AC unit was damp., we put a towel down n let them know when we checked out.
