Only got one of two rooms
We booked two rooms. The hotel gave us two keys but one of the rooms was locked from the inside and we never got inside. We paid for two rooms but only got one. They lobby staff tried to fix it by using a door hanger to try to Jimmy the lock open. But it wasn’t working and it was already very late and we had an early flight the next morning so we just piled into one room.

Stayed here twice in one week. This stay I ended up in a handicap room. Don’t know how or why but maybe because I asked for a room on the first floor. The fridge was smaller than a dorm size, no sink in kitchen area, one remote for two tv’s and one remote for the blinds that took 2 days to figure out because there were no instructions or information in the room. Didn’t switch rooms because I was so tired when we first arrived after driving over 5 hours and check in took a bit because there was a long line with only 2 workers. By the second day I figured it pointless to switch because I was leaving the following day. As a result of the amount of people at the facility they ran out of breakfast options before the breakfast hours ended.
