One problem was the bath/shower faucet was so hard to turn on, I couldn’t figure it out. It was so late when I discovered this, I thought no one could do anything about it. When I asked in the morning, the girl at the desk told me you had to pull hard on the faucet before turning to hot or cold. It did work after she told me that, but I was annoyed because I always take showers before bed, and I couldn’t fall asleep for a couple hours because I felt grimy.

The hotel was perfect for our 15hrs stop before taking another flight. It was closed to the airport and very convenient. Breakfast was quite good, and the lady at the breakfast area was super kind and polite. The room was big enough, we booked a Suite and we were able to have the kids entertained. The only comment would be the reception staff. It was shocking how rude and careless they were (both morning and evening). It looked like any question was a pain for them, they barely gave any answer, didn't look at you at all and really made you feel unwelcome. But how short to give answers and how rude they were really surprised for an IHG hotel.

Stopped in after a late flight into DFW and was so tired. Front desk staff was great and got me settled right away. Room was nice and clean and peaceful to be right by the main road. I would stay here again.
