When we first signed in for the night, we were told that there were no handicap available rooms, even though I booked a handicap room because I needed to accommodate my very elderly father. When we asked for a room on the first floor, the room that we were assigned to us was not cleaned. However, we were able to get the last room on the first floor to that my father did not have to walk a long ways. The rest of our stay was very comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was quite appetizing.
