Sister's Weekend/Day
We had our Annual Sister's Weekend/Day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in went smoothly. Breakfast was very good. The problem we had with our fridge was taken care of very promptly! Will visit again. On behalf of me and my Sister's we thank you💞

Manager that was on duty was a gay guy and he had the worst attitude room was dirty I call numerous of times for someone to come clean the room because it was dirty when they gave me the key. The lady at night was sleeping and I have to keep saying excuse me.Tables outside was filthy where you didn’t even want to sit at them. Pool area had dirty towels everywhere and no one was out there.

Looks like a new area building up around this location. The facility looked brand new. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was excellent. The room and sting area are large, the bathroom feels smaller because the door swings into the bathroom.

My initial impressions of this hotel were not good. I had just arrived after having driven 13 hours that day and the front desk employee, Brendan, ignored me when I tried to check in. He was in the back room on the phone for at least five minutes and never acknowledged my presence at all. When he finally came out, I discovered that the hotel required me to give them $150 in incidental fees before I could check in to my fully prepaid room. I've traveled all over the country and have never had an incidental charge as large as that. It was excessive and was never mentioned anywhere when I purchased the room online. Once the terrible check in process was done, the hotel experience improved. The rooms are large and nice and the area around the hotel is very nice. We had the free hot breakfast every morning and really enjoyed it. Overall, the customer service issues and hidden fees need to be addressed, but the hotel itself was great.

Super clean and upscale without being pretentious. Staff at check in was friendly and professional. Parking area is well lit. There's road construction on the ramp which confused me a bit but GPS directions were accurate.

Had a few hicups in the beginning because giving the wrong room but it was handled with manors and corrected. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms was nice, clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again.

Family visit
The parking lot is land locked and hard to get to coming from Rockwall since there is not a break in the median. Plus always having to u-turn to leave property. Otherwise, great property.
