Staff were nice enough but the hotel is very run down and in poor condition. Broken cabinets and not your typical homewood suites. We usually trust this line but this was terrible.

Service was good. Rooms were clean but remotes had dead battery's, bathroom door stuck, body gei dispenser was empty. Biggest issue for us was bed was too soft and was noisy outside in middle of the night

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hotel while using expedia. I booked my room on the app and it was confirmed several days prior to my arrival date. When I got there on my check-in date, I was told there was no room for me. The staff was unwilling to help me locate another room in the same size. I was 6 hours away from home with my family and had nowhere to stay. I will recommend people DO NOT go to this location, ever. Especially after the way I was treated.

We had six people and four bath towels and when we asked for extra towels we were told to check back later as they ran out. Never had a hotel not have extra towels. It did not make sense why the pool was closed but someone would be cleaning the pool every day. When we were informed the pool was closed, we dealt with attitude from the staff. No one ever told us the pool was closed when we checked in. There was only ever one staff member available at the front desk and they didn’t seem interested in doing their job as they were constantly on their phone. The rooms had issues. It didn’t look like things were ever cleaned, only towels and sheets were changed every other day. When you offer a king size bed, you should use king size sheets. The sheets and blanket on the bed were for a queen and the sheets never stayed in their place.

Go down the street to SpringHill suites instead.
NOT RECOMMENDED! update: 2nd day, TERRIBLE Service - NEGATIVE 10 stars. Incompentent employees, deferring to speak with Manager the next day, then the next day happen and no manager asked to come back the next day to speak to manager to reduce the rate for a bait and switch room , you can do that since hotel messed up!(why not call the manager to resolve issues) we paid for a higher end room and you gave us the smallest and dirtiest room.We decided to leave... overpaid for the first night in a type a room we didn't even stay in. HOTELS.com was amazing to work with they even gave us a small credit for our inconvenience even though they did nothing wrong! Not off to a great start! Arrived at 1030pm. I booked a king suite (which has two bedrooms) this room almost 1.5 months in advance. Also added specific note NOT a sofa bed due to back problems. I called 3 days before we arrived to ensure our room was guaranteed and we had the king suite. Agent said yes!!!! we got here only to find out our room was oversold! Then proceeded to tell us we do have 2 double beds -NOPE got into the room and it was one double and a sofa bed the very bed we asked NOT to have! The door is also next to an entrance exterior door that has a broken lock into the building- not very secure. Moldy broken bathroom tiles, see pictures. Cant even use the WiFi because we aren’t technically checked into this temp room so name and room doesn’t even match! We chose this place because we like Hilton. not recommended.

We stayed here for 8 days for a work trip. Our first 3 days we had no hot water then the next 3 days we had our drain not work and waited for it to get fixed. We then had an off day on Sunday and the pool was closed “until further notice”. It was an all bad experience but the front desk guy Herbert was very helpful through it all.

For the price and name the hotel carried, it was well below my expectations. This property was more of an apartment building converted to a hotel. The front desk gave little to no instructions and handed me a paper with multiple grammatical and incorrect thought statements. This is by far the worst place to stay in the area. 10/10 do not recommend.

The staff members at the front desk were variable with each shift. At times, they were most helpful and accommodating, but at other times they were brusque and didn’t seem to want to be bothered. The room was not as updated as expected from the pictures and it was definitely not the cleanest. It was nice to have a kitchen option, but it wasn’t a completely stocked kitchen. Overall, we made do, but I had higher expectations just based on the pictures and description of the place. I will say, the location was very convenient, near to all the local hot spots.
