Great space, not too clean. Friendly staff
The room were nice size and there was plenty of space for 8 people to stay in the suite. But the cleanliness of the room was subpar at best. Lots of dirt and grime on the base boards, walls and head boards, the were also splashs in the stove area. The front door was hard to access at night but there was always an employee to assist. Breakfast was decent even tho the tea/coffee were not hot.

The room has a urine and mildew odor. Front staff are hardly ever present when needed. The housekeeper never came in during my two nights stay. You have to ask for breakfast food to be refilled. Small dining area for a large crowd. We will not be back.

I have multiple pictures & video of the uncleanliness of the room itself. There was a large roach, silly string stuck to walls, one of the beds felt like it was going to break if a small child slept on it & the railing going down stairs outside is completely unstable. I would never recommend room 112. The beds are terrible (besides the noise & cracking).

If you get a chance to stay here, don't hesitate. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to help you. Renee made everything flow perfectly. Great Job!!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. Will be back, maybe for the State Fair next year! The convenience of location in a very nice and safe area can't be appreciated enough. Great Job!

From the first interaction to the last,The Expedia personnel were very efficient, professional yet so nice and friendly. They took care of all my needs and questions. The check in.out experience was wonderful! Renee took care of all our needs and always had a smile and positive attitude. The rooms were clean and perfect for our stay. Will definitely use Expedia again and stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton North Plano Dallas next time we visit the area!

I always research hotels before I book, and this one stood out to me because no matter what website I used to do my research, there were good reviews. HOWEVER, as an adamant and recurring advocate for Hilton hotels, I am HIGHLY disappointed in this particular hotel! The stay was by far the worse experience I have ever had with Hilton! First of all the hotel is very outdated. The carpet throughout the hotel is very dirty and the smell is horrid! There was visible mold in the cracks and cervices of the ceiling and bugs everywhere! The toilet did not flush properly and the beds were uncomfortable. Not to mention the room had left over food all over the furniture and there were no clean linen available for my children! I literally had to go out and buy cleaning products and blankets so that my children could sleep! This was unacceptable and I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. I rarely write reviews but this hotel needs to be investigated immediately!

This property is dirty and not maintained like I would expect of a Hilton flagged property and especially for the inflated price. The bedroom area was hot while the front room was freezing cold. Blanket on sofa bed was dirty as well as ominous stains on the seat cushions. The hallways and room even smelled dirty. The soaps and hair products didn’t have any safety measures to know they weren’t tampered with. Very disappointing and absolutely will not recommend. Also, the two women at the front desk upon check out were unfriendly and quite rude.

The guy at the front desk was super helpful and told me where to park to be closest to my room! And he put me on the ground floor without even having to ask. The room was great upon checkin. However, aftet time i noticed some things. 1,the carpet is stained and sticky in the living room area. 2. The drain smells AWFUL in the kitchen sink. I poured some dawn and ran the disposal and hot water but it needs some care 3. I went to take a shower and im soaking wet when i notice the shampoo and conditioner containers are empty 😭😭😭 ive never experienced that. And it was far too late for me to try and wait for the issue to be solved then. Also standing in the shower is awkward as the floor caves in so the walls of the tub are sloped, super weird. I didnt get a chance to try the breakfast. Id probably stay again just request a different ground floor room. This was room 122.
