The customer service is bar none. For example, I mentioned in passing that I was running my first marathon as I was checking in. At turn down service I was provided a bowl of fruit, water, and two handwritten notes of encouragement. Following the race I received congratulations notes at turndown. This was just the tip of the iceberg.

This hotel was good. Alittle bit more of a quiet , dark and older clientele than I would prefer. So many nice 5star hotels around there that are much livelier. In room phones didn’t work and water went hot and cold in shower.

Loved everything about the hotel/ beautiful rooms and lovely product in the bathrooms. Really well designed. Only issue is the walls are paper thin and the person next to me had a dog that barked a lot .

Amazing weekend getaway
The Hotel Swexon is an amazing 5 star hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful and all the amenities were top tier. We did not eat at the hotel so I have review for that. If you’re looking for a great place to relax and be doted on this is your place. Just be ready to spend some 💰.
