The cleaning fee pays for a third-party professional housekeeping company to turn our home. They are responsible for ensuring cleanliness onsite. Two cleaners come onsite for every clean, they replace all the sheets in the entire home, vacuum, mop, and scrub throughout our home. A list of cleaning services performed by the company can be supplied at your request.
** We are committed to cleaning. We sanitize and disinfect all door knobs, light switches, and all frequently touched surfaces. When you arrive, please inspect the property for cleanliness. If anything is not acceptable, do not hesitate to notify us.
**Important** Please make sure your reservation matches the number of guests in your group. We do our best to provide a number of items onsite to enhance guests' stay such as a bath towel for every guest, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoos, soaps, tea, coffee, and K-Cups.
When you book our home, we will text or email you the door code 2 hours prior to arrival. Check yourself in with the keypad that is changed after each visit for a private stay.
Please note:
The pool is open and maintained weekly by a professional pool company; however, the pool is not heated and we cannot control the weather. A brush and net are provided for cleaning between the pool company's visit. During storms and the fall, it is nearly impossible to keep the pool clean 24/7. If for some reason it is overly dirty please reach out to us.
-In order to keep our home allergen free for our guests, we do not allow smoking (including electronic cigarettes) inside the home. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for a violation of this rule.
-Pets are also not permitted. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for a violation of this rule.
- Quite hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not disturb neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum, as this is a quiet neighborhood. If it is evident you are having a party, you will be asked to leave. If the noise too loud, we will send you a text message or even a call to remind.
- Disclaimer: There are exterior security cameras located at the front door and garage for the safety of our tenants, occupancy numbers, and for the security of the residence and owners. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view.
- No burning of candles or incense
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or loss of personal items of any guest.
- The booking person is 100% responsible, please be straight forward, if anything has been broken, damaged, or stained. Please do not move furniture around.
By accepting this reservation you are accepting to all house rules and policies. We ask that all guest are to be required to know the house rules. We hope your stay is safe and comfortable as possible.

Video/Audio Surveillance: The property has 24/7 motion and sound activated cameras (nest doorbell, blink camera on porch, camera on garage, camera at gate) placed to monitor all vehicles and persons that enter and exit the property and to verify the guest count arriving when needed. This video and audio footage is not shared publicly and is recorded and retained by Host and staff for liability reasons as in the case this Agreement is being violated and/or proof is needed related to any access or incident occurring on the property. In no way do the devices infringe upon Guests’ expectations of privacy during their stay and Guests do not need to expect to be monitored during their stay, but are being made aware of the cameras’ presence. These will be utilized if an issue arises or is suspected, and confirmation or clarification is needed regarding activity on the property at any time. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in Guests being removed from the property without refund.”
