Staff that I did meet were amazing! Seemed very understaffed. Most of the time that I needed to go to front desk no one was there. The Manager was a delight! Tv in room didn't work, blankets were very thin and pillows were uncomfortable. Room was spacious and Beautiful. First time staying at a Hyatt.

Could have been better
Our stay was ok. We were not given enough towels, nor did the pull-out bed have any bedding. When these items were requested, housekeeping had already left for the day. We went down to the lobby to get them and were given the towels and 2 sheets: no blankets or pillows. When the room was booked, we stated there would be 4 of us in the room.
