Our room was located next to the elevator. So we could hear everyone coming in and out all night. The refrigerator didn’t work inside the room nor did the ice machine on level 3. Our room keys didn’t work on our 2nd day and needed to be replaced. Roaches were found inside the bathtub

The hotel looked dirty and unkept. The lobby floor was filthy. We asked to see our room before checking in. It smelled, looked dirty with tattered furnishings. We didnt feel comfortable checking in and left.

Staff was very respectful. Easy access to highway and local shopping areas. We stayed at location for 3mights/4days. The worst part our stay was the room we were assigned. It was room 308 located next door to maids storage room. Looked like door was broken so whenever they walked in or out it slammed extremely loud. I don’t know how staff is okay with this. We were woken up every morning between 6-8am. Not good when you’re trying to rest on your time off. I recommend to hotel , please fix this door. I recommend to others staying, do not allow them to assign room 308 or any room in the area. Unless you want a wake up call every morning. Because it is LOUD.

The hotel room was ok. Not the greatest up to date but our stay was not planned lomger than 2 nights. The ladies who cleaned our room were excellent but the night lady front desk was so rude! We asked for towels since none was stocked in the pool area. She went mouthing off to another coworker behind a wall at the service desk not knowing I was standing at the desk able to hear it all! She was stating that she had already told me she needed to get towels and i was demandong them in a rude way. I had only had one conversation with her and those words were "can I get 3 towels please?". So to my surprise, i was mad when i left the front desk with my 3 towels. Would never stay here again. The customer sercive on that particular shift was horrible!!!!
