Great stay. Super easy check in. The room was clean, very spacious, and quiet. Overall it was nice. Only downside was the elevators were questionable and need work.

Airport transportation is evidently provided by an outside contractor that is not up to the task. We spent 3 hrs waiting for a ride ,there were several vans that passed but always full up. . Gave up and got a taxi at 9;30 pm. Next morning transfer was delayed but managed to make it on time in a beat up van and a driver on a suicide mission . Hotel staff was great they need to get a handle on the shuttle service Might be a good choice if you have your own car but there have to be better choices if you are an overnight at the airport.

Basic airport hotel

Good basic hotel for a quick night before an early flight. Check in girl was super nice. Rooms are fine nothing special. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes - very small van but gets you to airport pretty quick.

Airport Shuttle - cramped, tattered and dirty

There was a loud party just off the lobby that went late into the night. The airport shuttle was an independent contractor and was very tattered and dirty. The van was small in style and very cramped, not a typical 15 passenger van.

Worst experience ever. Called for the airport shuttle 5 times! It took an hour to get picked up at the airport. Got checked in and changed for the hot tub… the water was freezing cold! Two strikes! I won’t be staying here again. Shuttle vans are outdated with several engine light warnings and pieces missing on the doors and they are shared with multiple hotels so add 20 minutes to your ride to the airport for extra stops
