They guy at the front desk on Thursday around 4pm was not friendly upon me approaching the desk, and handed me keys that didn’t work and when i brought them back i was trying to let him kno and he stood looking straight ahead leaning against the window on the phone as if he didn’t see me until i slammed the cards for the 2nd time

The overall sty is great, just a few pointers, the laundry needs help ! especially because most of the guest are truck drivers. The breakfast menu needs some altering as well, staying seven days in a hotel with the same breakfast is kinda ridiculous. There’s one guy at the front desk, believe his name was Joe, that guy deserves a raise of pay, so helpful and attentive. Other than that stay is pretty decent.

We checked in and went up to our room. There is a metal stip attached to the dresser/tv stand that was loose and sticking out about 12" creating a safety hazard because it was sharp. The closet door latch was broken so did not close. The room (and hotel in general) is clean. The front desk staff is very friendly. When I went down with pictures to show the clerk he seemed genuinely concerned. I told him we were only there 1 night and didnt mind staying in the room due to the late hour I just didn't want to be charged for damages we didn't do. He said he would report the items to maintenance. My grandaughter said her bed was hard and uncomfortable (we had a double queen room).
