The room was really nice & very clean. A/C worked well. Staff was very friendly. The hotel has an elevator but it is very slow, and also quite loud if your room is right next to it as mine was. Lots of options for breakfast, waffles, cereal, fruit, eggs and sausage patties... Eggs looked a bit watery so I did not try those. Waffles were good.

The hotel was nice, somewhat clean. I was disappointed though that there was almost never anyone at the front desk available. We arrived and there was a couple that had been waiting for 15min before us. They even went to the back office to see if anyone one was there. Eventually someone came out. However, employee didn’t acknowledge or apologize that we were all waiting so long to check in. I’m a hotel manager myself, that was not ok!

Front desk was rude! Shuttle to airport was fine to the airport was ok, but return service was unavailable. Shuttle setvice was the ONLY reason i chose this location. It cost me an additional $46 for the trip back form airport to my vehicle.

Smelly dirty property. Location had A LOT of homeless around and walking property didn’t feel safe. The guest across from us were slamming doors all night and smoking in NON Smoking rooms which had my room smelling!

It was a short night before an early flight and our neighbors proceeded to slam their door about 40 times and talk loudly in the hallway all throughout the night. Not really the fault of the hotel, but it made for a rough night. The hotel is dated and could use some sprucing up. There seemed to be a smoke smell all throughout the place (maybe from the lady who was smoking the devil’s lettuce outside the front entrance??) Overall, not the best experience.

Staff was nice enough and accommodating BUT that is the only good thing. Upon arrival, we entered our room and it smelt overwhelmingly like feces. We immediately requested a new room. Our new room had a broken shower (temperature gauge was backwards). There was a baby roach and hair on the ground. The AC, once we turned it on, smelt so much like pee that we had to turn it off. We eventually turned it on and dealt with the smell at 6am because the room got so hot overnight. The TV remote was missing and staff didn’t offer to bring us a new one. The phone in our room wasn’t working, so we couldn’t contact the front desk to fix these issues. The beds have a loud plastic cover which I totally understand the use for, but is just loud and uncomfortable.
